EXMOUTH and Lympstone Hospiscare group were in the Magnolia Centre to raise awareness of the charity and its work.
The charity, which funds three nurses in the Exmouth area and supports 90 patients locally without any funding from the Hospiscare charity shops, hoped its presence in the town would gather more support for the group.
Exmouth and Lympstone Hospiscare group trustee and fundraising chairman Terry Darville said the aim of the day was to recruit people to join the League of Friends, or volunteer to help the group in any way they could.
