THE Exeter Road group has been promised more funding for permanent banners.

THE Exeter Road group has been promised more funding for permanent banners.

The group, a joint venture between the road's businesses which aims to raise the road's profile as 'Devon's best kept secret', were offered help in replacing their temporary banners at their last meeting by Devon County Council.

The group, led by Town Manager Tony Collins, will be working with Alan Stone, the council's urban designer, to agree on a preferred design and cost of the work.
