PROPOSALS have been drawn up by the Exeter City Council to try and keep the range of festivals going - after fears the big four could be axed.
The proposals will include looking for a new partnership to run Animated Exeter on the same successful lines as Vibraphonic, which receives a grant from various organisations.
The Council also wants to look at trying other approaches, such as lower budgets, to delivering festivals in the light of reductions in sponsorship.
