THE CHAIRMAN of a floral group has presented a happy couple with their prize after they won a category in an this year’s Exmouth in Bloom local gardens competition.
Pat Graham proudly awarded Mr and Mrs Lea with a garden table, four chairs and parasol following their win in the best residential garden section.
The prize was supplied by Kings Garden and Leisure in Higher Hulham Road.
Dave Stone, who works for the garden centre, said: “The couple were really pleased with the garden table set.”
Mr Stone said Kings were very proud to be able to sponsor the local gardens competition. He added: “We are always very keen to support both Exmouth and Budleigh in Bloom.”
Pat Graham said: “I am delighted to present this prize to Mr and Mrs Lea who are very worthy winners.”
