Pupils make and eat ration biscuits as part of World War Two topic at playground party
CHILDREN in Class Two at Otterton Primary School celebrated the end of their World War Two topic with their own VE Day.
The pupils dressed in clothes from the 1930’s and 1940’s and ended their lessons with a playground party, complete with bunting and ration biscuits, which they made themselves.
Later this month they will have more celebrations, when the school holds its own party to mark the Royal Wedding, so that bunting will again come in useful.
