Archant

This year's Movember charity effort took an unusual turn at Marpool Primary School - with some of the pupils getting in on the act.

Taking inspiration by the moustache growing efforts of the school’s male teachers, when the children took part in a fundraising mufti day they made sure they had their own moustaches, which had either been drawn or stuck on.

More than £100 was raised for the Movember effort, which encourages men to grow moustaches during November to raise funds for male cancer charities.
