There was big fun with a big bear at the Withycombe Raleigh Playgroup Christmas Fair.

The event gave kids the chance to see Father Christmas in his grotto, while families were able to enjoy refreshments, cakes, toys, and had the chance to win great raffle prizes, including the giant stuffed friend pictured above.

Withycombe Raleigh Playgroup’s Michelle Marles said: “We would like to say a big thank you to everyone who came along and supported our Christmas Fair. We raised a fantastic £600.

“Also, we would like to thank all the local shops and businesses for their generous donations and gifts for our raffle.”
