Brixington Primary school pupils raised 250 for Comic Relief after holding a cake sale on Red Nose Day
Brixington Primary School pupils raised 250 for Comic Relief after holding bake sale.
The event, last Friday, was organised by the youngsters who brought in homemade goods baked at home.
Year 6 pupil Megan Pugh said: “Every penny put in was to save as many lives as possible. “The sale took place before school, break time and after school.
“The children enjoyed selling cakes. It was worth all the money as we wanted to save lots of lives.”
