Hundreds of lines and scores of songs were learned by pupils from Brixington Primary School for their performance of the Rocky Monster Show.

The Year 5 and 6 pupils were fully involved in the whole production both front and backstage.

The cast thanked all the parents for supporting the show and also the teaching staff for their hard work putting the show together.

A Brixington Primary School spokeswoman said: “The excellent cast and crew have been working on this ambitious project for the last half term.

“Not only have the cast and choir learnt hundreds of lines and songs, but the children have made full sets, back drops and props, including life size coffins. “The back stage crew even had a crash course in light and sound engineering.”
