Children from Topsham School have put their dancing shoes on to try and break a world record.
The routine on the school field involved 114 children as part of a national Big Dance event, to try and stage the largest ever simultaneous dance at multiple venues.
The dance lasted five minutes and was based on Olympic sports.
Year six pupil Mabel Still said: “I felt really proud that I was taking part in a world record attempt.”
Deputy headteacher Nasim Hartmann said: “We were very proud of all the children for taking part. Five minutes is a long time and some of the moves were very complicated, so well done to all involved.” The school is now waiting to find out if the record attempt was successful.
