EAST Devon council tenants who have questions about housing issues, concerns about their neighbourhood or queries about benefits, are invited to Lympstone talk to the experts on Thursday 19 June.

East Devon District Council's tenant participation team has organised a series of informal drop in sessions and the next one of these is being held from 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm on Thursday 19 June at the Churchill Court Community Centre, Lympstone.

Tenants, prospective tenants and leaseholders are welcome to call in for a coffee and a chat with members of staff from the housing and benefits services.

People will be able to ask questions, find out what is going on in the area - for example improvement schemes that are happening or planned - report a need for repairs, ask about housing transfers or a mutual exchange, discuss rent queries, receive benefit advice or ask about any housing or neighbourhood related matter.

For more information about the event contact tenant participation on (01395) 517453 or email
