WINTER weather forced East Budleigh's Little Otters pre-school to cancel last Saturday's open day after the venue was left without water when the pipes froze.
WINTER weather forced East Budleigh's Little Otters pre-school to cancel last Saturday's open day after the venue was left without water when the pipes froze.
The pre-school hopes to reschedule the open day once the weather improves.
