AN East Budleigh first-time mum has told how she turned to hypnotherapy when giving birth to her daughter.
Two years ago Dawn Robinson listened to a birth preparation CD before she gave birth to her daughter, Alice - and as a result needed very little pain relief.
Dawn used a CD which tutors expectant mums in natal hypnotherapy - and because of her positive experience has taken on the role of trainer to other first-time mums.
She now runs two-day courses at her East Budleigh home.
The next sessions will be held on September 5/6 and October 17/18.
She also offers free hour taster sessions.
