A DROP-in yoga class in Topsham is running over the summer for the first time.British Wheel of Yoga instructor Angelina Lambourn will teach a dynamic, Ashtanga-style class for Topsham people in need of a little relaxation.Angelina, who also teaches yoga at Exeter College, Topsham School and in Exeter city centre, said: "The biggest reason people think they can't practise yoga is because they think they are not flexible enough, but that's a bit like saying you can't go to the doctor because you are too ill."Ashtanga yoga is a challenging physical routine but all the poses can be modified to suit any ages, abilities and levels of flexibility."Yoga is believed to help mind and body and helps keeps the joints supple and flexible. The classes will run throughout the summer every Thursday evening from 6.30pm to 8.15pm and take place at Matthews Hall.For more information call 07941673835.
