Drivers have been adhering to speed limits through Littleham, the police have revealed. Read this and more.

SPEEDING SUCCESS: Drivers have been adhering to speed limits through Littleham, the police have revealed.

A month of weekly speed checks carried out by police near Littleham Primary School and through the village has shown just one out of 350 monitored drivers was travelling above the speed limit.

PCSO Malcolm Maguire said the driver caught travelling in excess of 30mph was contacted by police.

OXFAM VOLUNTEER APPEAL: The Oxfam Shop in Exmouth is appealing for volunteers to help with its new on-line shopping venture.

People with or without computer experience are being sought to help showcase scores of unique items on the internet in a bid to reach a wider selling audience.

Oxfam said the Exmouth shop was among the charity’s 750 stores going online that needed a new team of volunteers to select and upload donated items - enabling people across the UK to purchase them.
