REGARDING the letter "Chapel Hill: waste of money". In response to Mr Ian Woolger's letter to the Journal, it is annoying when people reply to letters taking cheap shots at others. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. If your reader took the time to read the letters to the editor properly, Mr Prendergast was the only one who said that he would not miss Bentleys so he should get his facts and story straight. In Mrs Evans defence, I think that the quality of her establishment is one of the best in Exmouth as restaurants go, the service no-one can fault and the prices go with the quality of the food which in my opinion is as close to Italian food as you could get. If you don't like the prices in Exmouth then maybe you should consider staying in Budleigh Salterton. In Mr Cunningham's defence, as far as I am concerned, he enjoys having fun and that is his opinion - there were no knives out to get Bentleys. I get my petrol from Bentleys and so does the company I work for.So please stop taking cheap shots at readers writing in.Louise Calderbank, 12 Palm Avenue,Exmouth.
