Budleigh Salterton dog lovers raised �1,200 on a charity with a sponsored walk.
The money was raised in aid for the RSPCA’s Little Valley Animal Shelter – there is a branch in Fore Street, Budleigh Salterton.
The walk was along Exmouth’s Esplanade.
Kate Morton, of the RSPCA Little Valley Animal Shelter, said: “The money was a little up on last year.
“This year, many dog walkers could just turn up and pay.”
