No sooner than I have put my flags and leaflets away, after the election, but I am perplexed by planning and dog fouling!
The solution to Exmouth’s dog problem remains the same; enforcement of the law. This will require council officers, eg a warden, which will cost money, but if we can find the money to build ‘mega’ cafes, surely we can employ a warden?
