Detectives at Exmouth are appealing for help tracing the people in this CCTV footage
Officers are keen to trace the people in this CCTV footage, believing they could hold important information.
The police said the moped was taken on July 6, between 11.30pm and midnight.
The vehicle was found damaged and abandoned in the gateway area of Exmouth Community College, in Gypsy Lane.
Crime investigator John Ingram, at Exmouth CID, said: “I am seeking the public assistance in identifying the males seen in the stills taken from the CCTV footage there.”
