DEVON Primary Care Trust was rated unsatisfactory in safety and cleanliness by the healthcare watchdog.

DEVON Primary Care Trust was rated unsatisfactory in safety and cleanliness by the healthcare watchdog.

The Healthcare Commission found they did not learn from patient incidents and found medical devices which could be re-used were not properly cleaned in well run decontamination facilities.

They received an overall rating of 'fair' - a step above the 'weak' rating of last year.
