UKIP have taken the Exmouth Brixington and Withycombe seat at Devon County Council in yesterday’s elections for County Hall.
John Hone polled 926 votes to Liberal Democrat’s Brenda Taylor’s 742, and Conservative Jill Elson’s 690 votes.
