People with dementia and memory loss, and their families, are being invited to take part in a free dance programme.

The Dance Through Your Memories sessions are being organised by the Westbank Healthy Neighbourhoods project.

Participants will be taken through a range of dance genres by instructor Katie Kelsey, with no experience necessary.

The sessions will start on November 2 at Withycombe Rugby Club in Hulham Road, between 10.30am and noon, and will run for six weeks.

The dance programme is free, with a small charge for refreshments.

Advanced booking is required by calling Sarah Forde on 01392 824752, selecting option two then option two.

The programme is being run in partnership with Drink Wise Age Well, who will also deliver an alcohol awareness session on November 23 between 9.30am and 10.30am.
