It seems that Budleigh Salterton is the only town bothered with young cyclists getting into older folks’ way on the footpaths, on The Green and, now, they have become a nuisance on the seafront. Surely, the only solution is to have cycle paths.
So, let’s have some order in this town before somebody is knocked over!
