An evening of entertainment and food in aid of Cancer Research UK returns to Budleigh Salterton’s Public Hall, on Friday, November 23.

Tickets are on sale for the popular curry night, but are limited, so the organisers are urging those keen to come along not to leave it too late; the event sells out quickly.

On the night, there will be a choice of three curries – beef madras, chicken korma and vegetable - followed by dessert and tea or coffee.

There will be a licensed bar, entertainment, dancing, a quiz and raffle.

A spokeswoman for the event said: “We have a Frank Sinatra impersonator who will sing his songs and provide background for dancing.

“This annual event has proved a huge success both in terms of fund raising and enjoyment for those who supported it.

“Experience a wonderful evening and help us raise money for the work of Cancer Research UK.”

Tickets are £19.50 each from Hays Travel, Budleigh Salterton High Street.
