A 34-year-old woman admitted assaulting a police officer in Exmouth - breaking their glasses.
Colette Josephine Welch, of Cheddon Road, Taunton, admitted three charges of assaulting the officer when she appeared before North and East Devon Magistrates sitting at Exeter on Tuesday (February 1).
The court heard how the 34-year-old assaulted two officers between November 13 and 14 last year in Exmouth.
She pleaded guilty to three counts in relation to the two police officers.
Welch was handed a community order which will see her tagged for three months, with a curfew between 9.30pm and 7am, as well as having to undertake a rehabilitative course.
She was also ordered to pay one PC compensation of £269.
Magistrates said her guilty plea was taken into account when sentencing Welch.
