A DAY of creepy crafts and scary stories is being held at Exmouth's A La Ronde on Tuesday October 28, from 11am.

Visitors will be able to make a bat hat, a Halloween-themed noughts and crosses game and a Halloween hanging decoration.

A special `batty' quiz trail has been devised for the grounds and, in the house, find out which insects bats would like to eat - and learn why they are not welcome in the house

At 2pm, take something to sit on, wrap up warmly, and join 'The Story-teller' for 'Scary Stories'.

Admission to the grounds is free and there is a small charge of £1.50pp for craft activities.
