Crealy Great Adventure Park is applying for planning permission to invest £7.5 million over the next six years.
The investment at the family attraction near Exeter features five-star eco-lodges, which will create seven new jobs and bring millions of pounds of revenue into the local economy.
Angela Wright, MBE, one of the family owners of Devon's Crealy, said: "Quality accommodation at Devon's Crealy will benefit Devon as a whole in terms of jobs, local businesses and by encouraging year-round tourism spend in the region.
"Our plans also enhance the environment with significant landscaping to benefit both our visitors and local wildlife.
