AMENDED plans to turn a barn into two homes at 2 Kersbrook Farm, in Kersbrook, has failed to win the support of district council planners.
The council said it was not able to support the application after letters from the Environment Agency to East Devon District Council revealed the site was in a high-risk flood zone.
The council said it might support future applications if the concerns raised were overcome.
