I have been in Exmouth for only two and a half years, and I am confused by the number of citizens groups, each of which claims to represent our views. Can someone explain who they all are - and do they all have the same objectives? If the answer is yes, maybe they should all join together? As it stands at present, none can justly claim to speak for us all.David Green,29 Byron Way, Exmouth.
