Colaton Raleigh Easter egg hunt

Scores of Easter eggs were up for grabs when Colaton Raleigh played host to a hunt for chocolate. The Easter egg hunt was in aid of Colaton Raleigh’s Children’s Group.

The Easter Bunny paid a visit to Colaton Raleigh on Bank Holiday Monday, hiding scores of mini eggs for youngsters to find.

The popular event was in aid of the Colaton Raleigh Children’s Action Group (CRCAG).

Local children set off from the village play park and scoured the village in the hunt for chocolate eggs.

Satisfied they had not left any stone unturned – and no egg uncollected – the hunt ended with the group of intrepid explorers tucking into cakes and squash at Place Court.
