NEW artwork bringing a spark to Exmouth nightlife has seen the town receive the glamour treatment.Exmouth 20-somethings have turned on the style in sizzling shots now featured on the walls of Fahrenheit nightclub. Photographer and graphic designer Ben Harrison hopes the pictures will contribute to a more upmarket Exmouth scene. The 25-year-old, of Raleigh Road, helped design the interior of the club, in The Parade, and now plans to launch Fahrenheit's very own 'Next Top Model' competition.Ben, who also styled the models' hair and make-up himself, said: "There are so many young people in Exmouth, but I think the town has been playing its image down. I remember going out at weekends and it was all about looking smart, but it seems to have gone on a downturn."The idea is to upgrade the look of Exmouth. Most of the models work at the club and none of them were professional, and now I've had lots of other people who are really keen, and have asked me to shoot their pictures."Local business The Shack, a printing firm, and Aspects framing have helped finish off the stylish project. The next big club scheme will be a contest to find the face of Fahrenheit. Next year's model search will allow hopefuls to be photographed, before a vote determines the winner. For more information email Ben on graphicsevolved@hotmail.com
