THE owner of an errant chinchilla found scampering across Exeter Road yesterday morning (Wednesday) is being urged to come forward.The animal was persuaded to come out from under a car near the Journal offices at about 8.30am after being spotted - and then taken to our offices.RSPCA inspector Tony Fraw said the chinchilla was in "very good health".If you think the animal is yours, call the RSPCA on 0300 1234999, quoting the incident 124 on October 10.
