AN Exmouth charity, who offer companionship to lonely and isolated pensioners, is appealing for a new group co-ordinator.One Sunday a month volunteer drivers from Contact The Elderly, Exmouth, pick up one or two elderly people from their own homes - and take them to tea at a host volunteer's home to offer relief and an afternoon with friends.But, following the retirement of the current coordinator, they need a replacement. Contact The Elderly is a national charity founded in 1965 by Trevor Lyttleton, and offers a unique service of hospitality in a family environment.
