Changing lives

PUBLISHED: 07:00 08 November 2013

We wish to thank Exmouth Masons, Garbutt and Garbutt Ltd, the Co-op, Exmouth Lions and everybody else who put time and money into this project for their contributions towards the Able-X realization systems.

The look of pure pleasure on Roger Lee-Smith’s face (he was a hairdresser in Exmouth who had a severe stroke) was such a joy to see when he found he was actually controlling the device himself I felt everybody should be thanked for this moment.

It brought tears to my eyes just thinking that with the help of these people and yourselves someone’s life has been changed.

These devices enable stroke survivors to enjoy exercise and put them on the road to recovery.

Thanking you for your help.
