There was me thinking we had the only garden in Brixington for cats to use as a toilet. I know what Clive Graham is going through. My family and I have been in Brixington for almost five years. We have been trying to make our garden nice for our son. But all we get is cats poohing everywhere. Even when I use tubs to grow veg in, the cats still manage to go there. I have contacted the council and Cats Protection. No-one will take me seriously. There are far too many cats around. One way, I was told by Cats Protection, to stop cats from coming into your garden, was to get a cat yourself. I like to think that as a family, we are responsible people. To add to an already huge problem is not the kind of result we are looking for. However, something needs doing. It is not fair that people have to clean up after someone else's pet. It's only a matter of time that someone in my area is going to become very ill. I used to love cats, not now. That said, no-one should be allowed to get away with shooting them either. That is awful.Wendy Blackham,Cunningham Road,Exmouth.
