Enterprise Rent-A-Car is offering the service for a nominal additional cost to the rental which will be used to contribute towards ClimateCare.
The car hire company is working in partnership with ClimateCare, who will carry out the projects.
Enterprise's charitable foundation will also match customer contributions pound-for-pound up to a total of 500,000.
The work ranges from working in Cambodia to replace inefficient stoves with measurably more efficient ones to developing wind farms in China.
