Criminal damage recently inflicted on a car parked in Brook Road has prompted Budleigh Salterton police to appeal for help tracing the culprit responsible.
PC Simon Evans said the police were keen to hear from anyone who may have heard or saw anything suspicious.
He said: "We have no suspects or witnesses at this time.
