SEVENTEEN cannabis plants have been found in Woodbury Salterton. The plants were discovered in a field between Sanctuary Lane and White Cross Road on Saturday, May 9. A police spokesperson said whoever was responsible had trespassed onto the field and the

A police spokesperson said whoever was responsible had trespassed onto the field and the plants were grown without the landowner's permission.
