The candidates are listed by electoral division and fighting for three seats in each area. Exmouth Town – Sarka Andersonova (Ind), Paul Bennett (Green), Steve Gazzard (Lib Dem), Pat Graham (Lib Dem), May Hardy (Con), Bill Nash (Con), Richard Turner (Con), David Wilson (UKIP) and Eileen Wragg (Lib Dem).

Withycombe Raleigh – Celia Brown (Con), Geoff Chamberlain (Lib Dem), Alison Greenhalgh (Con), Sandy Sutton (Con), Brenda Taylor (Lib Dem) and Steve Wragg (Lib Dem).

Littleham – David Gwilliam, (Lab), Mark Hawkins (Ind), John Humphreys (Con), Lesley Kelly (UKIP), Mark Williamson (Con) and Tim Wood (Con).
