CANCER charity FORCE will receive a cheque for �460 from Waitrose, Sidmouth, next week.
CANCER charity FORCE will receive a cheque for �460 from Waitrose, Sidmouth, next week.
It is one of the local charities supported by the supermarket giant under its monthly scheme Community Matters.
Each month three charities are selected to receive customers' votes to share �1,000.
Based in Exeter, FORCE has a support centre offering information, advice, counselling and support to anyone affected by cancer across Exeter, East Devon, mid Devon and parts of South Devon.
Many people from the Sidmouth area visit the centre for support.
