CONSERVATIVE leader David Cameron visited Devon on Friday, congratulating his new councillors after winning Devon County Council from the Lib Dems.
The Conservatives annexed the County Council from the Lib Dems gaining 41 seats out of 62, an overwhelming 20-seat majority.
The Liberal Democrats have been left with just 14 seats, Labour with four, two independents and one Green.
