The trials for the under-12s and under-14s are being held on Saturday, June 27, at 11am, at Budleigh Salterton Football Club.
It is hoped the new teams will begin playing at the start of next season, in September 2009.
A number of youngsters are already interested in joining, but a few more players are needed to build a strong squad.
The teams will be playing in the East Devon League and will be part of the Robins, Budleigh Salterton FC.
The teams will play on Sundays, with a 10.30am kick-off.

Players must be in Year 7 for the under-12s group and Year 9 for under-14s, but consideration will be given to younger players if they show proficient skill.
All boys and parents who attended the May under-12s trials are asked to attend to complete registration. Football club spokesman Roy Penhallurick said: "It would be good to have youth football back in the town.
"Hopefully, the youngsters will enjoy the social aspect of the game, as well as the football part of it, by having a meal after the match with the other players."
