Max Simmonds, of WBW, said they cannot wait to see who wins the award this year.

He said: “We are a longstanding supporter of the awards, having been a sponsor of the event since its inception eight years ago, so we are delighted to be involved in it once again and to see all of our hardworking friends and businesses across the community get the recognition they deserve.

“In previous years, we have sponsored the Judge’s Special Award, however this is no longer a category in the awards this year, so we will be sponsoring The Best Start Up Award, which we are very pleased about.

“We always welcome new businesses into our area and look forward to working with them in the future should the situation arise.”
