Fire crews were called out this morning to a fire in Clyst St Mary.
Crews from Middlemoor, Danes Castle and Topsham attended, having been alerted at 8.50am, and found a drying unit well alight.
An aerial ladder platform was then also called in, and firefighters using breathing apparatus extinguished the blaze.
A Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said the building was severely damaged by the fire.
