PLANS to prune two trees in a garden at 7 Fore Street, Budleigh Salterton, have been given the go ahead by the district council.

The members said the work must not be carried out between March and September's bird nesting season.

The applicant was told if he discovers bats in the trees, he must seek expert advice before proceeding with the pruning work.
