THE police are appealing for help catching a culprit who made off without paying for a taxi from Budleigh Salterton High Street.

THE police are appealing for help catching a culprit who made off without paying for a taxi from Budleigh Salterton High Street.

The incident took place in the early hours of morning at the end of January.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the police quoting crime reference KE/09/254.
