THE police are appealing for help tracing the thief who stole a rucksack from a car parked on the B3178 road, at East Budleigh.
THE police are appealing for help tracing the thief who stole a rucksack from a car parked on the B3178 road, at East Budleigh.
East Budleigh neighbourhood beat manager PC Davis Lea said the vehicle belonged to a person from Hampshire and was broken into while parked at the start of July.
