BUDLEIGH Salterton Town Council has supported an application to demolish a greenhouse to make way for a shed at Bushy Park, in Knowle Hill.
The district council has the final say over the future of the plans.
PLANS to add ground floor extensions to create a porch, cloakroom and lean-to on a home at 7 Sherbrook Hill have won the backing of Budleigh Salterton Town Council.
East Devon District Council will decide if the works can be carried out.
