A FENCE on land at 51a East Budleigh Road, Budleigh Salterton, has to come down after it failed to win the support of the district council.
District planners objected to the 1.8m fence adjoining the rear boundary of the property, saying the purchase of the land in 2007 carried a condition that the erection of a timber panel or close boarded fence would not be permitted.
