A DENTAL practice in Budleigh Salterton has been given the green light to make alterations and extensions to the rear and side of the surgery.
Planners at East Devon District Council gave permission for the work to be carried out at Budlegh Salterton Dental Practice, in Station Road, saying the work would not harm the visual amenity of the site and surrounding area, and would not affect neighbours' privacy.
When agreeing the work, the members said the changes should incorporate energy and resource-efficient generating materials and equipment in construction.
